Contract descriptions: (E and OE)

The price is fixed on the day the parties entered into and agree the terms of the contract. The price is set on that day for delivery in the agreed time period against the appropriate SAFEX Futures month.

The parties agree on the delivery period/month and the appropriate delivered basis or premium. The final pricing is to be done on any date in the future against the agreed SAFEX Futures month, but before the expiration of that futures date.

The grain is bought and sold, in a specific silo, on a day , all Silo costs for the care and account of the Seller if not specifically otherwise stated.

The contract specifies the volume, time of delivery, and the price basis, delivered at a specified address. The SAFEX pricing can be fixed, or deferred.

Our core business is twofold, Grain Trading (all grains, oil seeds, protein products, milling byproducts such as, hominy chop and bran,) and Pricing and Hedging services to producers and end consumers. COMDI Agricultural Markets, invested in our own logistics company, AGRICOAL LOGISTICS, to ensure , secure, efficient and cost effective management of the flow of grain from our farmers to our end-user clients. This strategy and infrastructure, underpins our specialist farm loading contracts for producers, and delivered basis contracts for our end- user clients. Through our large producer farmer base, we aim to ensure our grain processing clients receive the best possible delivered basis.
